StrataGreen App - Account & Data Deletion
Use this form to ask us to delete the StrataGreen app account linked to your
email address, along with the personal information we hold for it. You can also ask us to
delete specific information (for example saved addresses or your assistant
history) while keeping your account. This relates to the StrataGreen mobile app.
What happens next
- We remove the personal information tied to your app account — your name, email,
phone number, saved addresses, device and sign-in records, and any photos or
assistant messages we hold — or just the specific items you ask us to.
- This is completed within 30 days of your request.
- Some records must be kept to meet legal and tax obligations — for example,
completed sales and invoices — so these are retained for the period the law requires
and then deleted.
